All our investigations and studies are made using these quality principles:

Objectivity:

We endeavor to act on reliable and objective information, and to take into account all relevant data, aided by the broad library and statistical resources our company offers. Whenever - because of data limitations - it is necessary to make assumptions, these are clearly stated.

Confidentiality:

ESA Consultores manages the information provided by the client in a confidential manner, and the results of our analysis are provided exclusively to the client except when the client themselves requests its dissemination.

Personalized attention:

ESA designates a Director Project, who is the direct clink with the Client, and who is usually one of the company's full time senior consultants. The Project Director is responsible for coordinating and planning project implementation and for consulting on important decisions related to the interpretation or implementation of the Terms of Reference with the client.

Quality supervision and control:

The Project Director is responsible to ESA's Management and for the quality of the product and for ensuring results that meet the client's expectations. In each project, a Manager is also assigned to oversee the work and to act as contact person for the client in the event of problems that may arise as the consultancy advances. Projects of a high technical complexity are also assigned a Peer Reviewer to advise on the quality and pertinence of the methodologies and products of the consultancy.
