The main objective of the diagnose was to learn of the employment quality status in micro and small businesses SMEs (micro y pequeñas empresas - MYPE) in Honduras, with special attention on aspects of health and security, social protection, job security, management and organization. The Diagnosis was based on a sample of 41 businesses: 27 micro and 14 small businesses in the braches of shoemaking, bakery and wooden furniture. |
