The purpose of the consultancy was to prepare the findings of the Due Diligence exercise that was carried out to evaluate economic and market aspects of the business plan and financial projections for the Aguas de San Pedro Sula company, which won a 30 year concession to operate the drinking water and sewer system in the city of San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This study was executed in the context of a request for loan from ASP to the IDB, to cover part of their needs for capital during the first five years of the concession. |
