The purpose of this consultation was the support to the Municipality of Puerto Cortés on the implementation of the institutional transformation of its potable water and sanitation service, necessary to ensure the success of its investment program on that sector. It consisted of three phases: definition of basic guidelines of constitution and operation of the Potable Water and Sanitation Trust, the preparation of bidding conditions and advisory to the Municipality on the process of selection of the banking institution to act as trustee. |
